U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg will speak on the University of Colorado at Boulder campus at 5 p.m. Wednesday in the UMC.

Registration for Ginsberg’s speech is closed due to overwhelming demand, according to the university. Overflow rooms, where interested students will be able to gather and watch the speech, have been reserved in Wolf Law rooms 204 and 207. The law building is on the corner of Broadway Street and Baseline Road.

Ginsberg is the keynote speaker on the first day of CU’s Bench and Bar Conference, a coming-together of local and state judges, lawyers and law professors continuing through Friday.

Her speech, “A Conversation with Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg,” is the second annual Stevens Lecture put on by the Byron R. White Center for the Study of American Constitutional Law, which opened last year with Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens.
