How do you know if you are lasting to long? –Tyler, 21

I’ve never heard someone say that lasting a long time is an issue. Yet, if you are lasting too long, it’s pretty obvious. Your partner will probably say something to you, or you’ll stop feeling sensations during sex.

But if you’re lasting a long time, you’re one lucky guy. Let’s be real here, you should have every woman in Boulder lining up at your door. Men last five to 15 minutes on average. So, if you are lasting longer than that, you’re taking care of yourself; you should be taking care of your partner, too.

Some men do have problems with premature ejaculation. If my partner finishes before I do, it puts a downer on our mood. But there are techniques that you can use to avoid that issue.

Some men get anxiety before sex, which can cause them to finish early. The best thing to do is to get out of your head. Gain some confidence and think about how amazing you’re going to be in the sack. If you don’t do so well the first time, well, hopefully there will be a next time. Nonetheless, if you do start to feel anxiety during sex, just take a deep breath and focus on how good everything is feeling. This should help calm you down.

Another great method to help you last longer is slowing down during sex. Going too fast can cause men to finish a lot sooner than they want. Slowing sex down also creates a connected experience for both partners. Try being more sensual and exploring each other’s bodies. Kiss her neck, nuzzle her ear, let your hands explore her body. This should definitely help you last longer.

Finally, try a different kind of exercise. If you exercise the PC muscle, it will prevent you from finishing too fast. Squeeze and contract the PC muscle while you’re peeing. If you can stop urine flowing out, you’re in the clear. Do at least three sets of 15 reps per day. This should make you desirable to any woman.

How can I tell if a guy has moved on from their ex? – Mia, 19

This is a hard question to answer. There’s really no way to tell. It all depends on how long they’ve been broken up for. Now, if they’ve only been broken up for a few months, I’m sorry to say, but you’re the rebound girl. On the other hand, if the boy and his ex have been broken up for a few years or more, you should be in the clear.

It’s difficult to tell if your partner is over his ex or not. There are some situations where exes are friends. If that’s true in your case, you should probably talk to him about it. Be honest and tell him how you’re feeling about him talking to his ex. If you’re not comfortable with it, he understand. If he doesn’t, there are always other fish in the sea.

When my ex-boyfriend was talking to his ex-girlfriend during our relationship, I was very upfront with him. I explained that I didn’t care that they were friends at all, but if he started to have feelings for her again, our relationship was over.

At the end of the day, you do need to trust and communicate with your partner. You’re never going to know how he feels unless you talk to him.
