Calling all fashion fans — the premier fashion event of the Denver area, Denver Fashion Weekend, will take place from April 6 to 11 in the City Hall Amphitheater.

The Denver Fashion Weekend is hosted by 303 Magazine and sponsored by Schomp Automotive. The weekend kicks off with the 303 Awards on Wednesday night, honoring local artists, street artists, restaurants, boutiques and more. After the awards are doled out on Wednesday, the rest of the weekend has a decidedly more fashion-focused theme.

The events on Thursday will showcase non-traditional models, and will also feature local designers, such as Kotimi Yoshida. Following a break to let fashion fans catch their breath on Friday, Saturday’s show will revolve around local boutiques such as Mark Lloyds Furs, Explicit and Kouture. National designers such as Soignee will also be walking in Saturday’s show.

Finally, Sunday’s show promises to be a spectacular cosmetological feat; aptly titled “The Hair Show,” the show will feature premium salons and hair stylists such as Charlie Price, Three Cutters, Grand Salon, Swank, Mode and Salon Tres Ci. On Monday, an exclusive event for licensed hairstylists will be held to close out fashion weekend. The shows at Denver Fashion Weekend are sure to be energetic, visually appealing and naturally, very stylish.

For students and Coloradans interested in fashion, this event is not to be missed. To find out more information about Denver Fashion Weekend, and to purchase tickets for the events, check out 303 Magazine’s website. Prices for the events range from $17 to $75 for single seat purchases, and VIP tables are also available.
