The University of Colorado Boulder’s Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE) will hold the 2020 West Mountain Regional Conference (WMRC) Saturday, March 7 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event will be held in the Sustainability Energy and Environment Community (SEEC) building on CU Boulder’s East campus.

The conference’s workshops will include discussions of interview techniques, resume building and personal growth. Keynote speaker Bill Imada will hold a talk after lunch and before the final workshop session. Imada is the co-founder of the IW Group, a minority-owned and operated advertising, marketing and communications agency focused on multicultural markets.

Attendance is free for CU Boulder students and breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided for those registered.

Free parking will be provided near the conference venue in lot 556. The promo code is SASE6304 which attendees can use to register their license plates online.

Guests are encouraged to wear business casual but are welcome to dress more professionally. Attendees who will be looking for jobs at the conference may bring copies of their resume. Some workshops will require a computer.
